2005 - 2005After 2 months spent in AGS Holding in Paris, my main role was to do an “internal audit” of the branch Four Winds Singapore & set up the new AGS Four winds office.
- Checking all the accountancy from 2002 to 2004, employees & social accounts
- Statement of AP/AR, doubtful receivables to define the level of accruals
- Define financial adjustments and provisions with auditors
- Change of secretarial agents, transfer of shareholders and change of directors
- Validation of due diligence report with the Holding
- Preparation & analysis of recurring reporting to the Holding (monthly volume report, cash flow forecast, weekly cash flow report).
2003 - 2005Management of door to door logistics (custom clearance & transit formalities, vessel & plane chartering, freight forwarding and freight insurance policy)
- Customers portfolio management, identification of new prospects and sales development
