In charge of all the general administrative duties under the authority of the CEO: build and manage the logistics of the company: Base stations, Antennas, GPS, Gateways, CPE, Dongles and Scratch cards; build and manage the billing system on prepaid cards after putting a customer into service, build and manage the customer care processes: Lead Management, Order Management, Billing, Customer service with the launching of the call centre (Installing and setup of the IP PBX, Hiring of 15 agents, writing of all the Customer Care scripts, Training on products and service), build and manage the customer support platform, build and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), build and manage the Customer Self Care.

2005 - 2009In collaboration with our Risk Manager: elaborate the annual target market, use Target Market planning process to segment market and create new products, advise Local Corporate on their growth to help them develop, adapt the credit policy for Local Corporate, propose structured financing based on mitigating elements to the credit committee; write periodical reports about customers calls in accordance with the follow-up of undertakings; set a follow-up plan of payments and cash flow domiciliation; ensure of the build up of all the guarantees as laid down in the credit approval; increase the bank income; analyse financial statement (analyse the activity, profile the risk according to the working field involved; evaluate the capacity to take in charge the risk ran; analyse the cost-effectiveness of the operation and that of the company); analyse and submit files diligently on the re-imbursement capacity of the borrower; prepare the credit conventions just after the credit files approval; prepare reclassification in case as the credence is compromise, develop harmonious management of the large local corporate by proposing structured financing, assist the Head of Wholesale Banking how to develop business and operate plan in our approved target market, maximise the quality of the portfolio by a better management of Assets and Liabilities, develop a process to manage problem, develop the domiciliation of the Non interest Bearings (NIB) in our portfolio in order to maximise our revenues on customers, build out various strategies for a better funding of loans, etc.
