Responsibilities
• Planning and reporting for WACA third party for Spirits and Beer (16 countries: Ivory Coast, Senegal, Gabon, DRC, CONGO, LIBERIA, SIERRA LEONE, BENIN, TOGO, BURKINA FASO…)

• Sales, Cash, raw materials, Gross margin, NSV, TP analysis and reporting for business decisions orientations

• Budgeting Overhead, sales forecast, commissions, pricing for WACA

• Third party customer contracts management (Diageo Royalties and commissions); analyse and resolve issues identified.

• Third party customer profitability analysis.

• Third party customer credit control and account management

Achievement;
1) Achieved a target for zero debtors balance (from 300k pounds ) in 3months.
2)Clear up customers SAP accounts, hence making it easier for it to be intergrated to businness as usual.
3)Brought clarity between diageo , market managers and partners in the beer market.
