-Statement of AP/AR, doubtful receivables to define the level of accruals
-Define financial adjustments and provisions with auditors
-Change of secretarial agents, transfer of shareholders and change of directors
-Validation of due diligence report with the Holding
-Preparation & analysis of recurring reporting to the Holding (monthly volume report, cash flow forecast...).
