    For the past 5years in my career, I have developed a demonstrated ability to participate in managing financial affairs in terns of preparing processing executing and evaluating financial and administrative data for onward analysis have been an area where I have gathered much experience. Unlike the preparation and execution of budget, planning and processing payment for vendors based on company liquidity and ageing principles are also some of my performing domains. I am able to perform data entry of vendors and customers, generate payable and receivable accounts, and generate employee's expenditure reports such as employees' advances. My experience in finance and administrative has given me sufficient knowledge of all the procedures that makes up an administrative and finance unit. More so, I am highly skilled in performing payroll activities, managing records, follow up administrative procedures, preparing bank reconciliation, managing procurement and office assets. I am also able to develop several reports including general ledger, trial balance, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and cash flow statement.
    I am proficient in all popular accounting software like QuickBooks, sage sari, ms excel, word, PowerPoint and SAP. I understand that any position in the administrative and finance department is of sensitive nature considering the fact that cash is involved and I am pleased to say that I have been trusted with the company's accounts.
    I have excellent communication skills and I can manage the office without supervision, juggle multiple tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive matters.
    I would bring to your organization not only these skills, but also a positive cooperation attitude that I have displayed throughout my career. I have strong attachment for procedures and I maintain calm under pressure.
