I'm Alain Guy ETOUNDI.
Not too much to say about me. I was borned the 27th of March 1981, i'm third in a 5 children family. Happily married and father of 1 son.

I'm currently working in Ericsson Cameroon (CMR) at the position of Customer Project Manager covering Guinea project for MTN. Before i joined permanently Ericsson, i worked 1 year doing Consultative Work in Ericsson Africa (DRC and Zambia) in the Aera of Data (GPRS).

Before that, i worked in Orange Cameroon, a big telecom Operator in my country where i spend almost 4 years. I've been in many position there, and it was a greatfull experience.

In this small career so far, i've acquired some capacities. I can join any team arround the worl and i'm sure i will deliver my best. My small experience out of my countr have shown me athers ways of working and have strengt my ability to be part of any working team.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- To report the CORE-3 and contractual execution activities and progress to the Program Manager.

- To participate in tender process / Core 3 activity on behalf of project office whenever is required. This includes, among others, giving quotation for all project related services i.e. engineering services, SoC compliance and produce project schedule and etc.

- To form a cross functional project organisation upon an assigned project from KAM with resource secured from GP/O, Ordering, GP/M Material Management; GR, Network Rollout and Integration as well as GN, Network Support, if required.

- To provide prospect project forecast list to GR and GN for securing project resource in terms of competence, timeliness, cost as well as to increase efficiency of resource utilisation and mobilisation for GR and GP.

- To be the process owner of customer project implementation work flow.

- To conduct a project profitability analysis prior to the commencement of an assigned project.

- To practise the PROPS-C project methodology through out the project life cycle.

- To be the Project Specification responsible in response to the Assignment Specification from KAM.

- To co-ordinate with GP/O and GP/M with regard to provision of orderable BoQ list, ordering & delivery plan/schedule.

- To constantly review and provide project status update through progress reporting to project sponsor in KAM and project team member.

- To take escalating actions should contractual deliverables not meet the requirements.

- To seek approval from Project Sponsor should budget overrun or deviation and discrepancy of overall project objectives.

- To conduct regular customer project meetings for all project implementation issues.

- To constantly review and monitor project cost vs. project budget and develop a project schedule which is to be maintained at a high level of planning and control.

- To trigger Finance invoicing for all KAM?s projects with supplement of supporting documentation and handover the completed project to GN, Network Support.
